Green Son Improvements works closely with Green Door Properties, maintaining their rental properties. Potential renters can view available properties, and current tenants can access rental documents and the tenant portal.
Application fees are $35 for each person signing the lease, and they are non-refundable.
To be considered eligible, the household income must be 3x the monthly rent. (ex: if rent is $1000/mo then income must be at least $3000/mo). Please be prepared to provide proof of all sources of income for the household.
